We all experience seasons of difficulty, struggle, and loss. Sometimes these moments come from childhood, when we had no control, and sometimes they occur in adulthood, leaving a lasting impact. These experiences can shape our beliefs about ourselves—making us feel not enough, too much, or unworthy—and influence how we see the world.

In my practice, I value the therapeutic relationship. I want my clients to feel safe, seen, heard, and valued. I work from an attachment-based lens and use various trauma modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Walking alongside individuals as they pursue healing and freedom is one of my greatest joys. I know the wounds of the past can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to face them alone. Together, we will move forward with curiosity and courage.

My career began in the child welfare system, where I supported families navigating loss, uncertainty, and hope. I later worked in a hospital setting with children experiencing chronic illness, witnessing firsthand the weight long-term suffering places on individuals and families. These experiences shaped my desire to become a therapist—a place where I could sit with people in both their suffering and their joy. I believe relationships help carry our burdens; when we walk with others, we share both the heaviness and the hope.
